LENSALANDAK.COM I Ketapang – Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ketapang resmi menetapkan dan menahan mantan Sekretaris Dinas (Sekdis) Pendidikan Ketapang, SG, Jumat (13/10/2023). SG ditahan berkaitan dugaan kasus Pungutan Liar (Pungli) pengelolaan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) Fisik Disdik Ketapang tahun 2023.
Sebelumnya, Kejari Ketapang telah melakukan rangkaian penyelidikan hingga penyidikan dengan memintai keterangan para saksi berkaitan dengan dugaan pungutan liar yang dilakukan oleh oknum Disdik Ketapang.
Saat dikonfirmasi, Kepala Kejaksaan Negeri (Kejari) Ketapang melalui Kasi Intel Kejari Ketapang, Panter Rivay Sinambela membenarkan pihaknya telah melakukan penahanan terhadap tersangka berinisial SG.
“Hari ini (Jumat-red) SG kita periksa sebagai saksi setelah itu kita tetapkan sebagai tersangka dan langsung kita titipkan ke Lapas Kelas II B Ketapang untuk dilakukan penahanan sekitar pukul 5 sore,” katanya, Jumat malam.
Panter melanjutkan, SG ditetapkan sebagai tersangka dan ditahan lantaran diduga melakukan pungutan liar terkait pengelolaan Dana Alokasi Khusus (DAK) fisik Disdik tahun 2023.
“Tersangka dipersangkakan melanggar pasal 12 E UU Tipikor dengan pidana penjara seumur hidup atau pidana penjara paling singkat 4 tahun dan paling lama 20 tahun,” tegasnya.
Panter melanjutkan, kalau pihaknya masih melengkapi berkas perkara untuk kemudian dilakukan pelimpahan ke pengadilan Tipikor Pontianak untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut.
“Sambil ditahan di Lapas, kita melengkapi berkas perkara untuk proses hukum lebih lanjut dan kita lihat hasil dari pengembangan selanjutnya,” jelasnya.
“Untuk pengembangan kasus lebih lanjut tentu akan kami sampaikan,” tukasnya. (Teo)
