LENSALANDAK.COM I LANDAK – Tim Relawan Heri Saman-Vinsensius (HeVi) memberikan somasi kepada 6 akun Media Sosial (Medsos) Tiktok dan 1 akun lagi dilaporkan ke Polres Landak pada Senin 9 September 2024.
Dimana 7 akun Tiktok tersebut diduga melakukan fitnah dan pencemaran nama baik kepada pasangan Calon Bupati dan Calon Wakil Bupati Landak yakni Heri Saman-Vinsensius.
Somasi 1×24 jam itu diberikan kepada 6 akun Tiktok yaitu Hotissue, Bjorkahack, politikcounter, politikin_aja, media apolitkuslandak, landakkrenmenyala.
Sedangkan akun Tiktok yang dilaporkan ke Polres Landak yakni suara.landak.
Kuasa Hukum Tim Pemenangan HeVi Henok Lafu SH menyampaikan, somasi dan laporan ini dilakukan setelah adanya temuan akun-akun tersebut diduga terlibat dalam penyebaran narasi yang merugikan pihak HeVi tanpa dasar yang jelas.
Bahkan pihaknya telah melakukan penelitian dan profiling untuk mengetahui identitas admin di balik akun-akun tersebut.
“Kami sudah melakukan investigasi dan mengetahui siapa saja yang mengelola akun-akun ini. Jika tindakan provokatif ini tidak dihentikan dalam waktu 24 jam, kami akan segera menempuh langkah somasi resmi,” ujar Henok Lafu didampinggi Tim Relawan HeVi saat konpres pada Selasa 10 September 2024.
Lebih lanjut Henok menyebutkan bahwa tuduhan yang disebarkan oleh akun-akun tersebut dianggap keji dan tidak berdasarkan fakta yang kuat.
Ia juga mengungkapkan kekecewaan terhadap beberapa admin yang menghapus konten dan akun mereka setelah laporan dibuat, namun tetap berharap agar pihak berwenang tetap konsisten dalam menangani kasus ini.
“Jika provokasi ini berlanjut, kami akan memastikan tindakan hukum diambil,” tegas Henok.

Pihak pelapor berharap agar situasi di wilayah Landak tetap aman dan damai, sehingga masyarakat dapat mengikuti proses demokrasi dengan tenang dan kondusif.
